Comprehensive Planning

Everett's Comprehensive Plan provides a 20-year vision for how the City will grow and develop through 2035.  The plan has eleven elements which provide vision, goals and policies that aid the City in pursuing the type of growth and development patterns that support and complement the community's quality of life.
