Land Use Permitting

Land Use permits can be required by the city's development regulations to ensure that a proposed use and improvement of property meets zoning and other requirements found in the code. Essentially, land use permits are not permits for construction; they are approvals for land development, designs and uses for future building construction.  The permit(s) you will need depends on what you are trying to do, as there are many factors to consider for different types of land use and construction permits.

What type of permit(s) do you need.
