Throughout the city limits of Everett, Everett’s Firefighters respond from 6 fire stations with 7 fire engines, 2 ladder trucks, 1 aid unit, 3 Paramedic units and 1 Battalion Chief command unit. The department also supports a Hazardous Materials Team and Technical Rescue Teams.
Would you like to take a tour of a firefighter's second home? The Everett Fire Department has six stations located throughout the City and we would be delighted to show you around. We will show you where we work, eat, and sleep, as well as the equipment we use. We will also include an age appropriate safety talk along the way. Tours normally take about 30-60 minutes.
We are in the process of redesigning our Public Education program, and as such are currently limited in the amount and nature of station visits at this time. To get more information on scheduling a station tour, please call 425-257-8120.
Since our station personnel are in service during tours, please prepare the children that there may be loud noises and equipment should not be touched unless they are instructed to do so. The possibility also exists that the crew could all be called out on an emergency before or during visit. If this should occur, we have to close the station and end your visit. We will be happy to reschedule your tour at a later date if necessary.
