Hearing Examiner Decision

The decision was issued on May 23, 2022.  The requested variance to exceed the allowed floor to area ratio of an existing single-family residence on a small lot, reduce setbacks, exceed lot coverage by building, and modify off-street parking standards at 3012 23rd Street in Everett is APPROVED.
