City of Everett bill assistance programs

• Everett Water Utility Low-income Assistance Program - administered by Catholic Community Services
  The Everett Water Utility Low-income Assistance Program is a partnership between the City of Everett and Catholic Community Services. This is an assistance program for Everett Utility customers who have received a water shutoff notice and are at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. 

• Everett will not disconnect or charge late fees while a customer is in the application process.
• If a customer is eligible for assistance, Everett will receive payment directly from Catholic Community Services.
• Eligibility requirement: below 200% of poverty level. Click this link to learn how poverty level is determined.

• City of Everett has a discounted rates program for senior citizens and people with disabilities living on limited incomes, and a low-income assistance program available to qualifying customers.
