Description:  Virtual counter appointments utilize screen sharing technology with the on-duty Permit Technician and/or on-duty plan reviewers from Planning, Building and Public Works to answer questions about properties within Everett city limits, requirements for future projects, code questions, and permitting/plan review processes. Staff can also answer general questions about the permitting process, go over submittal checklists and requirements, or assist with questions on permit applications, navigating our webpage, or our online permitting portal.  These appointments will provide interaction with our City mapping software, City webpages and resources, or the opportunity for you to share your screen with preliminary plans. Appointments are limited to 30 minutes.

*Please note that virtual counter appointments should be reserved for folks wanting interactive screen share and assistance with City resources. If you do not need that option or do not have that capability from your phone, computer, or tablet, we are available to assist you via telephone (425-257-8810) or email (PermitServices@everettwa.gov) during our regular business hours.
