The 2021 Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) and Application Round is open!

Please read the full Notice of Funding Availability here.

Applicants looking to apply for available funding will need to determine their project category (see below) and fill out the appropriate application form.

  • Service Project Application Form:
    • Public Services are projects that focus on the provision of services such as childcare, health screenings, food distribution, legal aid, etc. to extremely low/low/moderate low income households. This can include COVID relief services as well as basic need responses.
  • Non-service Project Application Form:
    • If your project is not a service project, it will fall into this category. This includes projects such as capital projects, property acquisition, public facility improvements, economic relief, etc. Projects must benefit mostly extremely low/low/moderate low income persons. Please speak with city staff if you plan to apply for non-service funding.

Applications will be accepted electronically or by mail to the contact information below. Due to current COVID-19 telecommuting regulations for City Staff, it is recommended that you apply and submit your application electronically. Applications can also be mailed to the address below, however please plan to accommodate additional time for staff to accept and review your application. Staff are limited for in-office hours and the Everett Municipal Building is currently closed to the public. Therefore, we are not accepting "drop-offs" of applications at this time.
